Names Of Car Pieces In English



Inspired by the homonymous, great movie with Robin Williams and Robert de Niro so I decided to name my second post.
After about a month and a half to stop the training because of the iliotibial band syndrome, left knee (the symptoms were the ones) I have taken very very soft without straining the sole purpose of verifying whether the problem was solved or not.
In this period we have given in with the stretching to strengthen the buttocks (ankle with 2 kg), cryotherapy and massage ArnicaGel.

last week I made three short runs:
1) 35 minutes (6500 m);
2) 35 minutes (6500 m);
3) 42 minutes (7300 meters).

(scratching the private parts ..) Although the rhythms are low I have not felt any pain and seems particularly (new scratch ..) that the problem is resolved.
Quest'infortunio taught me that running, like everything else, needs of its time, its rhythms and of course it takes the time (which varies from person to person) to get results.

corricchiare I started last July, sporadic, and then resume in late August ... then took just two races with emotion and enthusiasm ravvicinattissime (my first race), at the Gianicolo and Colonna, on trails not exactly flat ... I was convinced I burn stages and then I started to increase the mileage and do some hill training ... all without the policy. The result was precisely the stop I was talking about.

Among other things I have neglected the low end (to the extent INTED of those who, like me prepare for the moment only races from 10000 feet), which now I consider essential as a basis for allocating and start from scratch.

Next month I will continue with stretching exercises and gradually increasing to an hour and fifteen to slow pace. For the moment I do not feel the pace of increase for fear that the knee problem is made alive.
